Our SCU is not an ICU with vented patients.
We rarely run drips.
An experienced tele nurse would be able to meet the role.
It is an intermediate community access hospital, with telemetry, med-surg and critical care patients.
We can review RN's with tele or medsurg/tele experience from larger organizations as their skill set will be higher.
