Substitute Teacher
Job Summary
Tampa Torah Academy, a preschool-12th grade school, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Substitute Teacher to join our dynamic team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students while fostering a love of learning in a warm and inclusive environment. Responsibilities
Teach a variety of subjects and ages!
Create engaging lesson plans and adapt them to meet the needs of students with diverse learning styles
Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive, respectful learning environment
Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a strong sense of community
Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to share best practices and support student success
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
2 years of experience (entry-level candidates welcome to apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and abilities
Passion for teaching
