Owning product and UX copy across the entire member experience, the full-time Senior UX Copywriter will collaborate with product designers to create consistent and clear copy for various touchpoints, while maintaining copy standards and supporting business goals in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Write UX and product copy for web, app, and lifecycle touchpoints, including headlines, CTAs, and educational content Collaborate in the design process with product designers using Figma, from early flows to final specs Establish and uphold copy standards, including voice and tone guidelines and reusable copy patterns Required qualifications 5+ years of UX, product, or digital copywriting experience, preferably in D2C, ecommerce, or subscription A portfolio demonstrating UX and microcopy work with rationale for design choices Experience in building or maintaining copy standards and style guides Proficiency in using Figma and collaborating closely with designers Data-informed approach with experience in copy testing or experimentation
