In this on-site role, you will perform exercise testing, develop individualized exercise prescriptions, and closely monitor patients with chronic and complex conditions. Responsibilities include ECG and vital sign monitoring, risk stratification, patient education, and coordinated care with cardiology, nursing, and rehab teams.
