Function of the group: Cost reduction initiatives/projects: Shared service in the retail space Focused on onboarding and maintaining documents for the Lending line of businessIndustry Background: Banking BSA experience is a plus, but not required Roles and responsibilities:Document business needs as actionable user stories and acceptance criteriaEnsure stories meet client and WC Wing standardsResolve requirement ambiguities with stakeholdersWork with business/tech teams to determine BRE rules and document in BFR spreadsheetCreate document form field mappingsCoordinate with Print Center for batch introductionsSupport QA and PO with acceptance testingUpdate operational runbooks and release status sheetsParticipate in release reviews and bi-weekly tech meetingsMaintain WC Source Confluence pagesReview mappings with source system repsAssist with estimatesActively participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, refinements, retrospectives, demos)Required experience level: Level 3: 4–6 years of experience required Must-have technical skills required:Managing multiple projectsRequirements gatheringWorking with cross-functional teamsNice-to-have/flex skills: Data mapping Education/certifications: Bachelor's degree preferred (not required) Pre-screening question: 1.
